OR\nAssociate's Degree/Trade School Certification/Military Training in an Engineering/Technology related discipline, AND four years of relevant experience; OR seven years equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.\nKnowledge of FDA regulations for medical devices and Quality Management Systems.\n\nShared Responsibilities for both Levels:\nThoroughly document all service events according to Omnicell's policies and procedures.\nMeet company guidelines for response time and service levels.\nEscalate product bugs, malfunctions, and design issues through support channels.\nParticipate in various staff meetings.\nMaintain service quality and customer satisfaction.\nManage parts inventory and return materials process.\nWork Conditions for both Levels:\nMust be able to lift 50 lbs. to approximately 5 ft. high.\nAvailable 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, and for weekend on-call rotations.\nFrequent local travel in the primary area.\nBackup support in adjacent areas as needed.\nProvide work area at home and space for trunk stock inventory.\nNote: The selected individual must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, be able to meet Omnicell's insurance coverage requirements, and have their own vehicle in acceptable working condition.\nBase compensation: Salary range this position is $38 - 50 USD per hr.\nActual Compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.\nDrug Screen: Required\nBase Compensation: $27.58 to $51.22\n(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
