In this role, you will be expected to maintain an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs and their business to provide them with the best use of the FDS Amplicare reconciliation application helping deliver meaningful outcomes across the patient care journey.\nYour work will directly impact FDS Amplicare Customers, and help shape what’s next in healthcare.\nKey Responsibilities\nYou will lead reconciliation activities and customer support efforts by partnering with internal teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate reconciliations and positive customer outcomes \nYou will support and improve reconciliation processes, workflows, and application usage to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction\nYou will collaborate across customer support, product, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues, influence decisions, and ensure successful execution of priorities \nYou will analyze data, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions that improve quality, performance, or user experience \nYou will communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders, demonstrating accountability and follow-through \nYou will manage multiple priorities effectively, delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment \nYou will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance team or product performance \nMinimum Requirements\n3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy services, reconciliation, or customer-facing support roles\nDemonstrated knowledge of customer service, problem-solving, and workflow management\nExperience with Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and customer relationship or reconciliation systems\nAbility to communicate clearly through documentation, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration \nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team \nBasic familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to support productivity, analysis, and documentation \nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience \nExperience with pharmacy reconciliation platforms, healthcare technology, or pharmacy operations systems \nExposure to process improvement, data analysis, and customer relationship management workflows \nHands-on experience with troubleshooting, customer interaction, reconciliation, and issue resolution \nTraining, certification, or demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes \n90-Day Success\nIn your first 90 days, you will:\nBuild a strong understanding of FDS Amplicare reconciliation products, systems, customer workflows, and team processes \nEstablish relationships with cross-functional partners and learn how teams collaborate to deliver results \nContribute to key projects or priorities, delivering early measurable outcomes \nBegin taking ownership of defined responsibilities with guidance, demonstrating accountability and progress \nInclusion Statement\nWe encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply-even if you don’t meet every qualification listed.
