Working across Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations, you will help deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, support patient safety, and create measurable business and customer outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Senior Product Manager, you will:\nDefine and champion product strategy for ASC solutions, with a primary focus on Anesthesia and related workflows, translating market dynamics, technology trends, and customer insights into a clear long-term vision and roadmap.\nOwn product development and commercialization across the product lifecycle, including market definition, pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, launch readiness, and ongoing business performance.\nBecome a trusted expert on ASC workflows and the competitive landscape, engaging directly with customers to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and test product hypotheses.\nLead through cross-functional influence, connecting Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to align priorities and enable successful product development and launches.\nDrive data-informed roadmap decisions, balancing innovation, feature development, technical debt, customer value, and business growth.\nDevelop clear and compelling value propositions that articulate product differentiation and enable effective communication with internal and external audiences.\nMeasure and optimize product performance by monitoring financial, commercial, and customer outcomes and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of product management experience developing and managing technology solutions spanning hardware and software.\nStrong understanding of market, industry, and technology trends affecting healthcare and automation.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines, align stakeholders, and influence without direct authority.\nAbility to break down complex customer, business, and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.\nExperience using modern product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.\nData-driven approach to product management, including the ability to define meaningful success metrics and use insights to guide priorities and decisions.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, teamwork, and presentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing hardware and software products within Healthcare IT, HealthTech, or the Medical Device industry.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.\nCustomer-facing experience in a technical, product, or consultative capacity.\nExperience managing product development within FDA or other applicable regulatory guidelines.\nWork Conditions\nRemote position.\nOccasional travel up to 20%.\nDrug Screen: Not Required\nBase Compensation: $120,155.00 to $185,000.00\n(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
