Ideal candidate must be comfortable integrating data from different sources to produce reports that will drive financial and business inputs. This position requires attention to detail, proactivity, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, alongside working well in a team environment. Candidates are expected to be curious, self-motivated, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role supports various departments at Orion by overseeing media buys and reconciliation.\nResponsibilities\nUtilize internal tools to review and send orders to vendors and support maintenance of tracking client spends\nInput and steward media schedule data into Prisma & MBOX\nPrepare and distribute monthly capital billing reports based on Digital media buys/orders\nPerform monthly invoice matching within Prisma\nCollaborate with our Shared Services and Financial Operations teams to reconciling billing and invoice discrepancies\nParticipate with Operations to streamline and automate processes across the business\nEstablish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff\nAssist with ad hoc operations requests\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAnalytical mindset\nThrives on accomplishing tasks accurately and efficiently\nMaintains a high level of integrity and be a team player\nAbility to prioritize, shift attention when prompted, and work in a fast-paced environment\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel requirements: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTS, etc.)\nExperience with MediaOcean products a plus\nWage and Benefits\nWe offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.\nThe salary range for this position is posted below.
