ORION is responsible for creating and maintaining trade relationships and investment deals, collaborating closely with all Omnicom Media buying agencies. The Assistant Associate, Investment supports the Programmatic/D(OOH) Investment team in preparing, maintaining, tracking and stewarding clients’ media buys.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop a working knowledge of trade media and the social media landscape through working closely with managers and specialists to learn about the media industry\nTrack and maintain all media partnerships utilizing excel and internal databases.\nInput data into necessary spreadsheets and Prisma\nContact vendors to receive reporting and discuss any relevant issues\nReconcile billing every month\nSupport Media Investment Specialist/Manager with miscellaneous projects\nRecommend new ways of more efficiently managing and maintaining information as well as overall ways to help our department grow.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications needed\nExpert ability to navigate Excel required\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills required\nStrong proficiency in math and communications skills\nDesired Skills and Experience\nExperience with MediaOcean (Prisma) is a plus\nEnergetic self-starter with a strong work ethic, integrity and positive interpersonal skills\nPossess sales and negotiating capability\nWage and Benefits\nWe offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.\nThe salary range for this position is posted below.
