You’ll work on campaigns that blend storytelling and strategy-supporting integrated initiatives with exposure to both digital and offline channels. This is your chance to learn how data, creativity, and innovation connect audiences to the magic of Disney.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupport the development and execution of media plans across digital and traditional channels\nAssist in audience research and data gathering to inform smart, insight-driven strategies\nMaintain planning documents, campaign trackers, and budget reports \nCollaborate with internal teams on creative, activation and analytics\nPull campaign data and help identify key learnings and optimization opportunities\nMonitor budgets, billing and vendor deliverables to keep everything running smoothly\nStay up-to-date on media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools \nYou Bring:\nBachelor’s degree or relevant experience\nPassion for media, marketing or entertainment \nComfortable in Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote; bonus points for research or analytics tools\nStrong communicator (written and verbal)\nFlexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments\nProactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking\nYou’ll be a part of a collaborative, future-focused team shaping how media connects audiences to the world’s biggest stories.
