Here are the details:\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop creative on social-first campaigns for Walmart, Ferrero, and Grubhub from concept through production and amplification.\nProduce high-impact short-form content: film, photograph, design, and write for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll engage in the full production pipeline-from ideation to final output. A willingness to show up in content is a plus.\nMonitor cultural trends, viral moments, and algorithm shifts to keep our work fresh, relevant, and built for the platforms where our audiences play.\nExecute content calendars, batch-create assets, and meet publishing deadlines without sacrificing quality.\nHave significant autonomy, face time with clients, and room to flex and grow your creative, presentation, leadership, and production skills.\nWhat You Have:\n5-7 years of experience creating and selling social ideas for major brands.\nA strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, graphic design, or multi-format content work with clear cultural fluency.\nProficiency with production and editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.\nExceptional communication skills-both written and verbal. You can clearly articulate the vision for your work, why it's right for the brand, and how it resonates with consumers.\nTapped in. You track memes, audio trends, platform shifts, and the cultural moment. You understand what makes something shareable and why.\nAbility to collaborate across disciplines like strategy, design, production, account teams, and synthesize feedback into stronger work.\nCuriosity, ambition, and kindness.
