You will design interfaces, prototype experiences, and grow alongside AI tools as they become part of how we work.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nCollaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to create interfaces that are visually strong and easy to use.\n\nTranslate user requirements and business goals into UI designs that improve the overallexperience.\n\nBuild prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts clearly.\n\nApply design principles, usability standards, and brand guidelines to produce cohesive UI work.\n\nStay open to using AI design and prototyping tools as they become part of our standardized workflow andbring ideas for how AI can support faster concepting and stronger design outcomes.\n\nPartner with development teams to hand off design assets and specifications and support implementation.\n\nTrack emerging design patterns, AI capabilities, and technology shifts, and bring relevant findings back to the team.\n\nMaintain and organize design files, assets, and documentation.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nDegree or diploma in Digital Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nA portfolio that shows creativity, design skill, and understanding of UI principles.\n\nStrong proficiencyin Figma and Adobe Suite.\n\nGenuine interest in AI design tools and where the field is heading. Curiosity and adaptability matter most, and prior hands-onAI experience is a plus.\n\nSolid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.\n\nFamiliarity with design systems and how components are structured and reused.\n\nExposure to design tokens is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.\n\nBasic knowledge of UX principles and user centereddesign methods.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to produce pixel perfectdesigns.\n\nClear communication and collaboration skills within a cross functional team.\n\nAbility to receivefeedback well and iterate quickly.\n\nFamiliarity with front end development principles and the ability to work closely with developers.\n\nStrong time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-pacedenvironment.\n\nCuriosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to adopt new tools and workflows as the field evolves.\n\nThis role will be based in New York City. The salary range for this position is $66,300. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.\n\n$66,300\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
