We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals.\nResponsibilities\nExternal facing responsibilities:\nLead taxonomy strategy conversations across key stakeholders for breakout of media reporting\nDevelopment of data warehouse and visualization dashboards\nCreation and maintenance of calculated measurements and dimensions\nDevelopment of dashboards using data visualization tools such as Datorama and Tableau\nConsult with subject-matter experts to design and develop business rules for data processing \nSetup and maintenance of data streams using business intelligence tools\nLead taxonomy strategy conversations across key stakeholders for break out of media reporting\nGather reporting requirements for internal/external dashboard & reports\nProactively elevate and resolve project roadblocks and issues\nManage project plans for internal/external reporting across internal teams\nProvide ongoing technical support for data ops processes and taxonomy recommendations\nEnsuring timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables\nEnsures compliance of data quality standards\nInternal facing responsibilities:\nDrive adoption of reporting automation across teams\nFacilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions\nSetup ongoing QA process and cadence\nLead, mentor and train junior level staff and offshore teams\nCreate, gather and write data-related standards and processes documents\nPropose and generate targeted solutions on data quality issues and operational inefficiencies \nRequired Skills \nData Collection and Processing: Experienced in building data visualization solutions (Tableau, Datorama, etc.) as well as automation solutions (Alteryx, Datorama, etc.)\nExcellent presentation and communication skills\nAdvanced knowledge of the function and formation of standardized taxonomy practices for more accurate and efficient data collection & automation\nExpert in QA resolution\nExperienced with planning, optimization and analysis tools (Planit, Prisma, DDS)\nDemonstrated familiarity with self-serve tools within Search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, SA360), Programmatic DSPs (DV360, Yahoo, etc.), Ad Servers (CM360, Innovid, etc.), Social Platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) and Google Suite (Marketing Platform, Tag Manager, Analytics, Merchant Center)\nExcellent project management skills\nEducation and Experience\nA university degree in a related field, and 5-7 years of experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting\nKnowledge of agency-side execution processes \n\n$70,000 - $125,000\nTo the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.\nOmnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
