You'll guide the development of connected social media experiences for consumer/patient and HCP audiences, translating audience insight and platform savvy into engaging content that drives desired behaviors and measurable business impact.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop comprehensive social strategies defining when, where, and how brands should connect with patients and HCPs across channels (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, as well as HCP platforms like Sermo and Doximity)\nCreate social media concept briefs, decks, and tactical guides reflecting paid strategies and platform specifications \nManage Business Manager accounts across social platforms, enabling team members to mockup, stage, and test ad creative in a controlled environment \nAnalyze audience behavior on social media across devices, platforms, and content types to inform creative experience and design \nIdentify cultural and social trends that break through clutter and resonate with target audiences \nConduct ongoing social listening analysis to uncover insights that drive strategic planning and communications \nServe as the agency's social media expert, guiding best practices, and communicating evolving platform capabilities to clients \nMaintain active relationships with platform representatives to stay current on product updates and opportunities to inform creative teams of changes to requirements and trends\nMentor junior strategists and elevate department output quality \nContribute to new business pitches and thought leadership initiatives\n Qualifications\n5+ years in social media marketing, including 3+ years in pharma/healthcare agency setting (DTC experience required, Oncology experience preferred) \nProven ability to build trust and influence with clients while fostering cross-functional collaboration\nStrong grasp of social media platform mechanics and ability to manage Business Manager accounts for ad staging \nExperience with social listening tools required (Brandwatch or Pulsar preferred)\nExcellent writing, communication, and presentation skills \nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects on deadline \n\n130,000-150,000\nTo the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.\nOmnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
