As a Business Manager at BBDO Chicago, you serve as a primary coordinator between clients and internal teams, managing projects from initiation through delivery. You ensure clear communication,accuratedocumentation, quality control, and effective project execution while supporting creative development, production processes, and budget management.

Maintain regular updates of project and client documentation.
Assistwith leading client review meetings,monitorrevisions to creative, and communicate necessary updates to the internal team.
Capture notes in internal and client meetings that summarize key actions and responsibilities.
Acts as a gatekeeper for all client-facing materials and provide final quality control review before items aresubmittedto the client.
Develop important legal documents for campaigns for client and internal approvals.
Develop a comprehensive summary of client discussion/agreementsand ensure the agency takesappropriateandtimelyaction.
Effectively support the creative process by coordinatinglogisticsand timing, whilemonitoringbudget implications associated with development.
Organize andparticipatein production meetings.
Prepare materials for production and troubleshoot issues throughout the production process.
Maintain an orderly structure of shared servers.
Begin to understand budget management,financial impact, and timelines to ensure delivery of projects on time.
Begin to understand the meaning andimpactof key financial measures and how to use financial analysis to evaluate opportunities.
