You will maintain system reliability and security, provide strategic technical support to staff, and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency\nRequirements\nWhat does a day in the life of a PLUS Business Systems & Operations Manager look like?\nProvide technical assistance and support for incoming IT requests and IT support issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and access to relevant business applications.\nLead IT orientation sessions for new employees and oversee the offboarding process for end-user assets and accounts.\nSet up and support AV systems in conference rooms, including for client-level meetings.\nSupport special projects related to hardware and software enhancements and troubleshooting.\nAct as the primary internal contact between PLUS and parent company IT team to address user needs and maintain IT compliance standards.\nProvide ad hoc operational support across the organization as needed.\nWhat does it take to be a PLUS Business Systems & Operations Manager?\n3-4 years of help desk experience.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certifications.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools).\nExperience with service ticket management systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar).\nMeticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.\nHigh level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nComfortable working and communicating with individuals at all levels and with various vendors and contacts outside of the firm.\nAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent requests and projects.\nAbility to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.\nWork independently on IT projects with minimal supervision while remaining adaptable to environmental changes and communicating technical updates effectively across all organizational levels.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.
