The position requires both financial oversight and hands-on preparation of analyses, reconciliations, and reporting.\nPrimary Job Responsibilities\nManage the financial oversight of assigned client accounts, including revenue, forecasting, billing, collections, and financial reporting.\nPrepare monthly client fee reconciliations, develop supporting materials, and lead or participate in monthly client financial meetings.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with client finance and procurement counterparts.\nPartner with Account Management and Project Management teams to ensure purchase orders are received, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.\nSupport the development and financial review of client scopes of work and estimates.\nPerform weekly rate reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with client contractual requirements.\nReview accounts receivable monthly and partner with internal and client stakeholders to support timely payment of outstanding balances.\nPrepare quarterly client savings and efficiency reporting and supporting documentation.\nTrack and analyze team hours against contractual agreements, scopes, and staffing expectations to identify potential financial risks and opportunities.\nEnsure compliance with client contracts and maintain required financial documentation, including MSAs, approved scopes, purchase orders, signed estimates, and monthly fee reconciliations.\nReview outstanding vendor purchase orders and expenses and partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.\nCollaborate with the Shared Service Center to ensure monthly billing is accurate and completed no later than the 20th of each month.\nPrepare financial reports, analyses, forecasts, and scenario modeling to support client and agency decision-making.\nLead financial discussions with Account Management and Project Management teams and provide guidance on client financial performance.\nTrain Account Management and Project Management team members on Biolumina financial processes and client-specific financial requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen financial processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiencies.\nProvide excellent service and financial support to internal teams, clients, and vendors.\nSupport ad hoc financial analyses, reporting, and special projects as requested by the CFO.\nQualifications and Experience:\n4-6 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within advertising, marketing, professional services, or a related industry.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.\nFinancial management experience, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue management, financial analysis, and resource planning.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.\nProven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across an organization.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with senior management, clients, and other business stakeholders.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong client service orientation and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.\nStrong organizational, project management, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines.\nSound business acumen, strategic thinking, and strong judgment.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.\nPositive, collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.\nAbility to coach, train, and provide direction to other team members.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX R3 or similar financial systems is a plus.\nBiolumina’s Values\nOpen Mind\nAlways ask why-of your teammates, your clients, and yourself.
