Job Description:

Creative Leadership

• Lead the development of compelling creative concepts and visual campaigns from brief through to execution.
• Champion exceptional art direction, design thinking, and visual craftsmanship across all creative output.
• Ensure work aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and strategic insight.
• Drive innovation and creative excellence within the team.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor, coach, and develop Art Directors, Designers, and wider creative team members.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing creative culture.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance throughout the creative process.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and performance management activities where required.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through a strong understanding of their business and objectives.
• Act as a senior creative representative during pitches, workshops, and key meetings.
• Influence stakeholders and advocate for strong creative solutions.

Project Delivery

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Client Services, Production, and Content teams.
• Maintain high standards of creative execution across print, digital, social, experiential, and integrated campaigns.
• Support resource planning and workflow management within the creative department.

Commercial Contribution

• Contribute to new business opportunities and agency growth initiatives.
• Support creative responses to pitches and proposals.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial objectives and project budgets.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience in a senior creative leadership role within an agency or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding art direction and integrated campaign work.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, design principles, content creation, and emerging creative trends.
• Experience working across digital, social, print, experiential, and integrated communications.
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives.
