Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution.\nStellar communication skills\nComfortable working in ambiguous situations\nEducation and Experience\nA university degree and 1+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting\nKnowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required\n\nCalifornia: $70,500.00-$75,000.00\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
