The ideal person possesses strong problem-solving skills and provides professional advice and solutions that align with, and support, the organization’s broader goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nThis person will develop and execute visual communication systems, brand identities, digital experiences, and creative assets across marketing, advertising, social, experiential, and digital platforms.\nApplies principles of visual design, typography, product design, layout, interaction, and user experience to create cohesive and engaging brand experiences aligned to strategic and business objectives.\nCollaborates with creative, strategy, technology, production, and client teams to deliver scalable design solutions that enhance usability, storytelling, audience engagement, and brand consistency across evolving media and customer experience ecosystems.\nQualifications\nPowerPoint expertise is an absolute must for this role\n8-10+ years of experience in brand, graphic, or experience design\nProficiency across Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel\nExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)\nStrong foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytelling\nExperience working across multiple media formats\nHigh attention to detail and comfort working at speed\nAdditional Considerations\nOccasional travel and weekend work may be required\nTime in lieu is provided for work performed outside the standard workweek\n\n$85k -$110k\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
