Here are the details:\nWhat You’ll Do:\nBe a change-agent within our agency, asking tough questions of client teams and pushing them to innovate and think differently\nOversee a variety of different types of projects including social listening, paid social reporting, earned media analysis, integrated campaign measurement and more\nAct as the face of insights and analytics at Golin to key stakeholders on the client side, portraying an air of professionalism and charisma that captivates clients and positions Golin as knowledgeable experts in the space\nIdentify and initiate organic business development efforts and be able to identify incremental opportunities.\nUnderstand and manage agency financials and implications of analytics work to the broader business\nBe willing to jump in and get into the weeds of project execution when needed\nWhat You Have:\n8+ years of experience in digital analytics, market research or related field; agency experience preferred\nHands-on experience analyzing large sets of data and turning it into actionable insights\nComfort interpreting a variety of different data sources from qualitative research to primary survey data to secondary data sources and creating one cohesive story\nExceptional communications skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively to audiences with limited knowledge of research or analytics\nAdvanced analytical skills with proven understanding of statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations\nTime management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deliverables and timelines at once\nAbility to quickly learn new tools and databases\nExperience leading and mentoring a team of junior analysts\nGolin Ketchum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
