The right candidate will have a strong financial acumen, understanding of corporate reporting, and the ability to bridge financial requirements across multiple agencies and specialist services.\nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nFinancial\nMaintain payroll budgets and corresponding benefits and be one source of truth for the agency\nWork with agency leads to evaluate staffing levels and provide guidance for adjustments needed\nResponsible for monthly variance analysis and compensation tracking reports\nComplete retainer reconciliation and fee costings as needed\nCreate month end journal entries\nContribute into internal and external audits as needed\nMonitor timesheet inputs and approval\nPrepare ad-hoc reporting as required\nMedia Ocean / AX Systems\nProvide input into system structure setups and processes to ensure that payroll and benefits are recorded correctly in Media Ocean and D365\nInput submission of actuals/forecasts using TM1 and monitor client profitability\nObtain superior knowledge of OMG’s database file structure and how each module relates to specific clients - Especially Aura\nSKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce\nExcellent knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Office products\nPrior experience with the following systems is an asset: MediaOcean (DDS), TM1, Hyperion, D365\nExcellent communication skills, ability to present ideas and recommendations in a clear and concise manner\nProblem solving skills, excellent attention to details and high level of accuracy\nWork well in and foster a positive team environment\n3-5 years of related experience\n\nSalary Range: $50,000 - $60,000\nTo the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.\nOmnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
