This role reports to the Director of Development.\nIf you are excited about blending technology with creativity, thrive in dynamic environments, and\nhave a strong foundation in building secure, scalable, and engaging digital experiences, we\nwould love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications with a focus on React/TypeScript frontend architecture and user experience.\nBuild responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks, and design system patterns.\nCollaborate with designers and Figma to translate designs and interaction concepts into high fidelity, responsive digital experiences.\nDevelop component libraries and design systems that enable consistent, maintainable UI across projects.\nContribute to backend services using C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core), and REST APIs to support frontend applications.\nWork with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) to support application development.\nSupport the deployment of web applications and frontend infrastructure using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, ECS and RDS.\nParticipate inCI/CD workflows and deployment automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization, and cloud native tooling.\nCollaborate with designers, digital producers, QA, and fellow developers to deliver polished, high-quality digital solutions.\nWho You Are:\nA collaborative software developer with strong frontend development skills and an appreciation for design and user experience.\nSomeone who is passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and building beautiful interfaces that users love.\nComfortable working across the full stack while maintaining a strong focus on the user experience.\nExperienced with design collaboration tools and comfortable translating design intent into code.\nAdaptable, curious, and excited to work in a creative, fast-moving agency environment.\nA strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with designers, strategists, and non-technical stakeholders.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n3+ years of professional full-stack or frontend development experience with modern technology stacks.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nStrong experience withReact, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, including component composition, hooks, state management, and modern application architecture.\nStrong experience with semantic HTML, modern CSS/Sass, responsive design, and building reusable, accessible user interfaces.\nExperience with design systems and component architecture, with a strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross browser compatibility.\nExperience collaborating with designers and translating design intent and interaction concepts into polished digital experiences.\nExperience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data and client side application state.\nWorking knowledge of C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, or similar backend technologies, with the ability to contribute across the full stack when needed.\nExperience deploying web applications to AWS and familiarity withGit, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.\nBonus Skills:\nExperience with Figma.\nExperience with Next.js or other React frameworks.\nExperience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).\nFamiliarity with Contentful or other headless CMS platforms.\nExperience with MarTech, AdTech, or marketing automation platforms.\nIf you are passionate about building modern applications with React and Typescript and enjoy\ncollaborating with creative teams to deliver innovative digital experiences, we would love to hear\nfrom you\n\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
