This includes defining taxonomy structures, enforcing tool adoption standards, monitoring compliance, and educating markets to build long-term capability and consistency.\nThis is a highly visible role requiring authority, clarity, and the ability to influence at scale.\nAbout you \nYou are a governance-focused media agency professional with deep operational experience across planning and activation systems. You understand how structured taxonomy and disciplined tool usage underpin accurate reporting, financial reconciliation, and campaign transparency.\nYou have experience working across regional or global accounts, driving standards across multiple markets with varying levels of operational maturity. You are confident holding markets accountable while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.\nYou are highly detail-oriented and comfortable auditing data, identifying inconsistencies, and implementing structured corrective actions. You understand platforms such as Omni, PlanIt, Omni Governance (Grasp), and Sprinklr, or comparable systems, and appreciate how governance directly impacts business performance.\nYou are a strong communicator who can translate technical governance requirements into clear, practical guidance for markets.
