You will also oversee the creation of high-quality materials that solve creative briefs, while ensuring quality control and adherence to agency processes and client requirements.\nA Day in the Life:\nProvide art direction and creative execution across multiple brands, developing bold ideas and managing day-to-day Art needs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management, to drive creative vision.\nPartner with Copy teams to execute creative approaches, communicating brand personality and messages.\nDemonstrate strategic thinking, staying up-to-date on client marketplaces, competition, and marketing objectives.\nMaintain strong client relationships through clear presentations, thorough understanding of brand data, and strategic direction.\nManage, mentor, and inspire Art teams, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and overseeing talent management.\nWhat you will need:\nBachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications) preferred, with 6+ years of experience in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or Art Direction.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in video editing, animation, and 3D program software a plus.\nStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Art and Design principles across channels and media.\nAbility to present ideas confidently and passionately, with effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.\nExperience coaching and developing team members, with a collaborative and creative approach to work. #LI-RF1\n\n$115,000-$160,000\nTo the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.\nOmnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
