And your leadership gives your team and your clients the confidence to reach outside the familiar.\nTitle: Group Project Supervisor\nJob Description\nCreate project estimates and timelines for large projects and review those created by junior staff \nPrepare comprehensive yearly brand scopes and obtain team approvals \nPrepare client billing, reconciliations, and forecasts with input from finance and account \nMonitor brand budgets and raise flags regarding overages \nSupervise junior project managers, providing general guidance and training as well as formal reviews \nParticipate in client meetings, providing insights on critical timeline milestones, potential roadblocks, and financial information \nLiase with developers and 3rd parties to ensure all project specs and deliverables are being met \nPartner with brand leads from account and creative to ensure all deliverables are rolled out successfully, on time, and within budget \nManage expectations and communications related to digital projects, identifying potential issues in advance, and offering solutions \nAbility to fill in for an Account partner if required \nQualifications\n6+ years of digital project management experience in an advertising agency \nPharmaceutical marketing experience is mandatory \nFluency with multiple interactive mediums including websites, banners, social media, tablets, and apps \nExperience in a client facing role \nStrong MS Office, Project, and Excel skills \nFamiliarity with multiple development platforms and operating systems \nStrong knowledge of quality assurance processes \nSuperior communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) \nExcellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail \nElite financial skills managing a portfolio of marketing/advertising tactics, including but not limited to estimating project costs, forecasting quarterly, and creating full brand staffing plans \nExperience managing direct reports \nAbility to handle multiple initiatives at once \nAbility to stay positive, calm, and motivational under pressure \nBA/BS degree or equivalent \n\n$120,000-$140,000\nTo the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.\nOmnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
