We offer a collaborative culture, strong growth opportunities, and the chance to work with some of the most respected brands in financial services.\nResponsibilities include:\nSupport the day-to-day planning and stewardship of assigned client business\nAssist in developing integrated media plan recommendations across tactical and custom activations aligned to client goals\nAnalyze campaign performance and help develop insights, key takeaways, and optimization recommendations\nSupport budget management, flowcharts, and campaign pacing to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives\nDevelop RFPs and coordinate with media partners under the guidance of senior team members\nMaintain visibility into active projects across planning, digital, and investment teams\nSupport client communications by responding promptly and professionally to requests\nAssist with project timelines and help coordinate cross-functional inputs to meet deadlines\nSkills required for this position:\n1.5-2 years of media planning and/or digital buying experience within a media agency\nWorking knowledge of full-funnel, cross-channel media, including Digital (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Content, Display), Print, TV/OTT, OOH, and Audio\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and report on KPIs\nFamiliarity with media tools such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, Google Data Studio, Prisma, or similar platforms\nAbility to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and media partners\nClear written, verbal, and presentation skills\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities\nCollaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow\nProficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel\nFinancial Services experience preferred but not required\n\n$67,000-$75,000\nTo the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.\nOmnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
