Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters.
• Advise management on employee relations, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor HR trends and recommend improvements to policies and practices.

• Develop and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.

• Investigate employee complaints and workplace concerns in a timely, objective, and confidential manner.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding employee relations matters.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and assist with corrective and disciplinary processes.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with performance improvement plans and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement.
• Conduct periodic reviews of compensation practices and provide recommendations as appropriate.
• Serve as a resource to employees regarding benefits and compensation-related questions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
• Support professional development and succession planning initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS and employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics for management.
• Track employee turnover, attendance, recruitment activity, and other relevant HR metrics.

$50,000-$95,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
