As a Manager, Commerce, you will act as a primary partner for our clients, driving eCommerce strategy and execution across retailers and intermediaries. You will lead day-to-day client engagements, manage account teams, and own the delivery of best-in-class service and business growth for our clients. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires strong commercial acumen, digital commerce expertise, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead day-to-day commerce strategy and execution across retail and media channels. \nDevelop and implement eCommerce strategies that drive sales, share, and profit for your clients across platforms (Walmart, Target, Criteo, etc.). \nLead regular client meetings and communications, providing performance updates, actionable insights, and proactive recommendations based on data analysis. \nOversee and mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and ensuring quality standards in client deliverables. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and deliver integrated solutions for clients. \nManage and monitor key business metrics, campaign performance, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs. \nDrive business growth for clients by identifying and presenting new opportunities, trends, and incremental value Flywheel can deliver. \nStay current on industry developments and marketplace changes, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations for clients. \nContribute to internal best practice sharing, training sessions, and new business initiatives. \nEnsure financial excellence across accounts, meticulous stewardship of campaign budgets, spends, contracts, and invoices\nOccasional travel, as required, based on client needs. \nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. \n4+ years of experience in digital commerce, retail media, advertising agency or related fields, ideally with exposure to performance/direct response campaigns.
