Job Description:

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help shape and improve the operating model behind one of Europe's largest media accounts.

In this role, you'll work across Client Success, Planning, Activation, Data & Analytics, and local market teams to ensure projects, processes and governance run smoothly from briefing through to delivery. You'll play a key role in creating efficient ways of working, improving collaboration across markets, and driving operational excellence at scale.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, solving operational challenges, and building processes that help teams deliver their best work.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement and enhance operational processes and ways of working.
• Coordinate projects, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Support governance frameworks, reporting and compliance activities.
• Act as a central point of coordination between hub and market teams across Europe.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and introduce automation.
• Support the adoption of new tools, technologies and AI-powered solutions.
• Track operational performance and provide visibility of risks, blockers and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong project or programme management experience.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiencies.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams, markets and priorities.
• A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience within media, marketing, agency or complex matrix environments is advantageous.
