You'll play a key role in creating efficient ways of working, improving collaboration across markets, and driving operational excellence at scale.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, solving operational challenges, and building processes that help teams deliver their best work.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, implement and enhance operational processes and ways of working.\nCoordinate projects, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.\nSupport governance frameworks, reporting and compliance activities.\nAct as a central point of coordination between hub and market teams across Europe.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and introduce automation.\nSupport the adoption of new tools, technologies and AI-powered solutions.\nTrack operational performance and provide visibility of risks, blockers and opportunities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong project or programme management experience.\nExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience improving processes and driving operational efficiencies.\nComfortable working across multiple teams, markets and priorities.\nA proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.\nExperience within media, marketing, agency or complex matrix environments is advantageous.\n\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
