Beyond targets, you will be responsible for elevating the client's learning & measurement agenda through innovative testing and first to market thinking.\nThe successful candidate will have a solid understanding and experience in the industry - with digital performance knowledge.\nThey will have experience within key digital performance channels (Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic Display & Paid Social) and exposure to ATL performance channels (OOH, and Audio). They will have fluency in media planning tools designed to enhance flighting, phasing and weighting of campaigns.\nCommunication skills are critical in this role, so the ability to construct logical and persuasive recommendations is key. Their naturally collaborative approach is likely to drive both effective working patterns internally, and a good profile with media owner partners and key senior clients alike.\nExperience in Paid Search & E-commerce is preferred.
