Job Description:

We're looking for a Performance Integration Director to lead integrated digital performance strategy across key client accounts. This role combines strategic leadership, client partnership, and team management to deliver measurable business growth across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and affiliate channels.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing a team of digital specialists.

Building senior client relationships and acting as the primary performance lead.

Driving cross-channel strategy, optimisation, and innovation.

Identifying growth opportunities and improving account maturity.

Championing a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence.

We're seeking a commercially-minded leader with deep performance marketing expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering connected, full-funnel marketing solutions.
