The Performance Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to improve media performance and for coordinating cross-channel initiatives.\nKey responsibilities:\nPlan and manage digital media budgets effectively across multiple countries.\nOversee PPC, social, and programmatic campaigns to maximise performance.\nEngage in cross-channel strategy development and implementation.\nMonitor and analyse media performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all media strategies align with business objectives. Role requirements:\nStrong project management skills to effectively oversee multiple campaigns.\nProficiency in Excel for budget management and data analysis.\nKnowledge of digital analytics tools to interpret and utilise media performance data.\nExperience with ad server technology for effective campaign management.\nCapable of financial ownership, including processing POs and financial bookings using systems like Prisma.\nExcellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.\n\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
