This role requires the ability to work independently, manage client and partner relationships, as well as taking direction from other team members to support site production and additional channels.\nResponsibilities:\nManage projects with cross-functional teams including: Creative, Technology, QA, User Experience/Information Architecture, Production, and Performance & Analytics.\nResponsible for project managing multiple medium size, medium-complexity, launches/programs simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.\nManage effective meetings with clients, senior personnel and team members, providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.\nDevelop/manage project scope documents, related schedules/project plans, project resource requirements and staffing assignments.\nCollaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, agency partners and vendors.\nCoach and mentor other team members; specifically Associate Project Managers.\nLeverage strong verbal and written communication skills to further develop the relationship between the client, agency, and team.\nQualifications:\nSolid ability to shift approach between the big picture and critical details; then possess strong judgement to know when to focus on each.\nStrong interpersonal skills demonstrated with clients, agency teams and individuals.\nProblem/solution thinker with a strong ability to collaborate, persuade and negotiate toward solutions.\nDisplays resiliency while working under pressure, in a dynamic environment, with shifting deadlines and deliverables.\nStrong communication skills - written, verbal, text, etc.\nDeveloped project management skills and experience including:\nSchedule development, management, monitoring and oversight\nResource management and forecasting\nTask and delivery management\nRisk identification and management\nIssue identification and management\n Education & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience desired.\n2-5 years of project management experience in one or more of the following fields: operations, digital technology or web development firm, IT consulting firm or strategy consulting firm.\nExperience in an agency environment, or equivalent client-side experience.\nSolid knowledge of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting).\nIntermediate skills in MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nIntermediate skills in MS Project or other project plan software (i.e. Smartsheet).\nAwareness of production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Outlook).\nFamiliarity with content management systems (i.e. CMS).\n\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
