With intentional meeting-free time, seasonal flexibility, and modern ways of working, our team has the space to get the edge, their way.\nAbout The Job:\nDevelop scope of work details (assumptions, project plan, timing, allocations, and budget) for all print projects, monitor, and communicate information to extended team \nManage print and digital projects including digital banner ads, email campaigns, and websites \nEstablish and communicate daily team priorities and next steps, lead team hot sheet and status meetings \nOversee client regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy \nMake proactive recommendations to help ensure efficiency and quality \nParticipate in new business pitches and special projects as assigned \n About You:\nYou’re a proactive team player with a strong work ethic \nYou have a passion for process and a natural ability to help teams unite toward a common goal \nYou excel under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun!) environment \nYou understand the lifecycle of projects and have experience creating project plans using Microsoft Project or Smartsheets \nExpertly manage offline projects, digital banners, email campaigns, landing pages and microsites by consistently following and enforcing the Remedy Edge process and following client-specific guidelines \nPrepare and upload all MLR submissions including coordination with appropriate client contacts \nYou have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office \nYou have bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of agency experience \nYou’re a nice person \nEstablish next-steps and daily team priorities and communicate details to team members\nOversee the production and distribution of daily hot sheets, meeting notes and weekly status and financial reports \nDevelop scope of work details (assumptions, project plan, allocations, and budget) for all print projects \n\n$70,000 - $90,000\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
