This role is about\nbringing structure to fast-moving work, with strong ownership, attention to detail,\nand the ability to keep teams aligned across complex, high-impact campaigns.\nThe Work\nEstablish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring work is\ndelivered on time and to MAL standards.\nManage internal communications, creative reviews, and approvals across\ndisciplines.\nSchedule and facilitate internal reviews with clear agendas aligned to\nproject milestones.\nAttend creative reviews and document feedback, direction, and next steps\nfor team alignment.\nCollect and quality check work across teams, preparing materials for\ninternal and client presentations.\nPartner with Creative Resource Management to support team staffing and\nproject health.\nCollaborate with Account leadership to maintain accurate and up-to-date\nproject documentation.\nFacilitate the flow of information across teams during all phases of creative\ndevelopment.\nMaintain and update master calendars across all active projects.\nDevelop and refine communication and workflow processes to improve\nefficiency and clarity.\nUphold MAL and Apple confidentiality across the full project lifecycle.\nPartner with Localization teams to onboard and plan for global rollout.\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships and develop a deep\nunderstanding of agency operations.\nWho Will Thrive in This Role?\nDetail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong commitment to quality\nand follow-through.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities\nand tight timelines.\nA clear and confident communicator, able to guide teams and keep\nstakeholders aligned.\nProactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges\nand manage expectations.\nAble to manage large group settings and facilitate productive\nconversations.\nCurious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in how creative work is\nmade.\nCollaborative by nature, building strong relationships across disciplines and\nlevels.\nBrings a calm, structured approach to complex and fast-moving projects.\nQualifications & Skills:\n4+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within a creative or\nadvertising agency environment.\nExperience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels (film,\ndigital, social, OOH).\nStrong understanding of project lifecycle, workflows, and cross-functional\ncollaboration.\nProven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple workstreams\nsimultaneously.\nExperience facilitating meetings, creative reviews, and stakeholder\ncommunications.\nFamiliarity with resource management and staffing coordination.\nStrong documentation and organizational skills with high attention to detail.\nProficiency in project management tools and systems.\n\n$110,000-115,000\nTo the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.\nOmnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
