This role requires the ability to work independently, manage client and partner relationships, as well as taking direction from other team members to support email production and additional channels.\nResponsibilities:\nManage projects with cross-functional teams including: Creative, Technology, QA, User Experience/Information Architecture, Production, and Performance & Analytics\n\nResponsible for project managing multiple medium size, medium-complexity, launches/programs simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.\n\nManage effective meetings with clients, senior personnel and team members, providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.\n\nDevelop/manage project scope documents, related schedules/project plans, project resource requirements and staffing assignments.\n\nCollaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, agency partners and vendors.\n\nCoach and mentor other team members; specifically Associate Project Managers.\n\nLeverage strong verbal and written communication skills to further develop the relationship between the client, agency, and team.\n\nAssignment Specific Responsibilities:\nQualifications:\nSolid ability to shift approach between the big picture and critical details; then possess strong judgement to know when to focus on each.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills demonstrated with clients, agency teams and individuals.\n\nProblem/solution thinker with a strong ability to collaborate, persuade and negotiate toward solutions.\n\nDisplays resiliency while working under pressure, in a dynamic environment, with shifting deadlines and deliverables.\n\nStrong communication skills - written, verbal, text, etc.\n\nDeveloped project management skills and experience including:\n\nSchedule development, management, monitoring and oversight o Resource management and forecasting.\n\nTask and delivery management o Risk identification and management.\n\nIssue identification and management.\n\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience desired.\n\n2-5 years of project management experience in one or more of the following fields: operations, digital technology or web development firm, IT consulting firm or strategy consulting firm.\n\nExperience in an agency environment, or equivalent client-side experience.\n\nSolid knowledge of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting).\n\nIntermediate skills in MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\nIntermediate skills in MS Project or other project plan software (i.e. Smartsheet).\n\nAwareness of production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Outlook).\n\nFamiliarity with content management systems (i.e. CMS).\n\nPhysical, Travel & Other Requirements:\nOccasional travel as needed within 25 miles.\n\nMinimal to no national/international travel required.\n\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
