Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.\nThe Role:\nThis role will be supporting a central service team with administrative and operational support. Creating, implementing and maintaining organisational processes to develop and support our employees. At Adelphi Real World we want everyone to feel fully supported and have the best possible experience and opportunities throughout their employee journey.\nKey Accountabilities:\nThe below list of job duties is not exhaustive; the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role:\nProvide administrational support and coordination of internal operational initiatives to support ARW and its culture.\nExposure to all of our internal teams, and understanding of job roles and departments.\nAssist the team with the onboarding of new employees into the business.\nAssist the team with logging and tracking of staff development & training initiatives.\nMaintain information within our systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.\nSupport the team in analysing information and displaying it in either excel or PowerPoint presentations.\nLiaise and provide status updates to the team and head of department.\nThePerson:\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with working knowledge of databases\nExcellent organisational and multitasking ability\nTeam player with a flexible “Can Do” attitude\nPassionate and open-minded\nAbility to manage time well and work efficiently\nHighly self-motivating approach to work\nProblem solver, able to use initiative and forward think\nHigh level verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent IT and numeracy skills\nAble to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders\nStrong attention to detail\n\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
