We're looking for a Senior Associate, Global Brand to run the operations of a practice (the pipeline, the library, the entries, the logistics) and to draft with confidence.\nIf you are organized, quick, and calm, and you want to learn the craft from the inside, keep reading.\nTHE WORK\nAs Senior Associate, Global Brand, you keep a practice's operations running: trackers, the asset library, portals, deadlines, and logistics. You draft first versions in house style, check work against the brand guidelines, and compile the data behind the practice's reports. You are two years into the craft and ready to own more of it.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nMaintain the practice's pipeline, library, or calendar; tag and file assets within five working days\nKeep the central brand and asset library organized for teams, agencies, and partners\nRun a first brand check on drafts: voice, visual identity, and usage standards\nManage logistics: deadlines, portals, fees, registration, evidence files, and QA\nDraft packages, decks, posts, or briefs in house style for review\nCoordinate production with editors, designers, photographers, videographers, and vendors\nCompile performance data and early insights for the practice's monthly reports\nMonitor social and press mentions; flag risks and opportunities to the lead\nSupport Cannes and CES on the ground\nRun intake and route work through the agreed approval path\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\n2-4 years in marketing, communications, or events, ideally on a global brand team\nOrganized, calm, and quick; you keep many deadlines moving\nCopywriting and presentation design in a house template\nFamiliarity with CMS, social, CRM, or entry platforms\nA sharp eye for visual and written consistency\nExperience hosting clients or guests at events\nNICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)\nVideo coordination\nPhotoshop and SEO basics\nSocial listening or analytics tools\nLOCATION / WAYS OF WORKING\nBankside, London or New York (in-person collaboration is part of how we work)\nYou'll partner across teams globally; early or late collaboration happens during pitches, tentpoles, and announcements.\nOmnicom Media is committed to building teams where everyone can do their best work.
