You'll contribute to messaging and creative development across assigned brands while continuing to grow your skills in pharmaceutical and market access communications.\nThe work can span payer marketing and value communications, presentations and sales materials, market access campaigns, reimbursement and access communications, value propositions, leave-behinds, digital content, and other payer-facing materials. Depending on the account, you may also work with HEOR/RWE data and clinical evidence to support the broader value story.\nYou’ll develop copy from initial concept and manuscript development through review, revision, and preparation for MLR submission, working closely with senior creative team members and cross-functional partners throughout the process.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop compelling, strategically sound copy across payer, market access, and healthcare communications\nTranslate complex clinical, economic, HEOR/RWE, and market access information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging\nCreate content for value propositions, payer presentations, sales materials, leave-behinds, digital content, campaign concepts, reimbursement and access materials, and other market access communications\nContribute to messaging frameworks, headlines, key concepts, data-driven narratives, and supporting copy\nInterpret clinical studies, published literature, market research, and other source materials to develop accurate and persuasive content\nPartner with Art Directors to develop and execute integrated creative work\nCollaborate with Strategy, Account, Editorial, Project Management, and other agency disciplines\nParticipate in internal and client presentations, communicating the thinking and rationale behind creative work\nDevelop and revise manuscripts through the review process, including referencing, annotation, and preparation for MLR submission\nEnsure scientific and factual accuracy while maintaining the integrity of the creative idea and brand strategy\nManage multiple projects and priorities across assigned brands while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines\nIncorporate feedback from senior creative team members, clients, and cross-functional partners to strengthen the work\nWhat We’re Looking For\nProfessional writing experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical communications, market access, HEOR, value communications, or a related field\nExperience developing communications for payer, market access, managed care, HEOR, value communications, or other sophisticated healthcare audiences strongly preferred\nAbility to understand and communicate complex scientific, clinical, economic, and data-driven information\nStrong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills, with an ability to adapt content for different audiences and formats\nPrevious healthcare or pharmaceutical agency experience preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant market access or scientific communications experience\nInterest in collaborating with Art Directors and multidisciplinary creative teams to develop compelling communications\nFamiliarity with pharmaceutical regulatory and MLR processes, including referencing and annotation, preferred\nComfortable receiving and incorporating feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to client discussions\nAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously\nStrong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to continue developing creative and strategic writing skills\n\n$70,000- $99,500\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
