You present with confidence, take critique well, and make the work better every round.\nWhat you Bring\nExperience & Portfolio\n4-6 years of total experience, including 2+ years in an agency setting\nA portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual design quality, conceptual range, and strategic thinking across web, mobile, and digital campaign work\nProven experience shipping design across a range of touchpoints: enterprise websites, campaign microsites, mobile applications, web applications, and social campaigns\nVisual Design & UI\nMastery of visual design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, color, spacing, and layout\nExtensive experience building and contributing to design systems that scale across web, mobile, and digital channels\nAbility to define or extend a brand’s visual language into digital design systems\nA strong command of information design: shaping complex content to be scannable, understandable, and navigable\nUX & Strategy\nSolid understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, and information architecture\nFamiliarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and the ability to apply them in practice\nExperience with user research methods, including usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis\nAbility to define and apply user personas, journeys, and flows to inform design decisions\nTools\nMastery of Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Apple Keynote for client-ready presentations\nMindset & Working Style\nSelf-directed and resilient - you manage multiple workstreams without dropping quality or communication\nAn articulate presenter: you can walk a room through your rationale and hold your own with senior stakeholders\nCollaborative by nature: you give actionable feedback, elevate your teammates, and push the work forward\nBonus Skills (nice to have, not required)\nMotion design and animation\nIllustration or custom iconography\nPhotoshoot art direction\nHands-on experience designing for AI-driven interfaces or XR environments\n\n$90,000 - $120,000\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
