regional data governance, taxonomy standards, media planning and investment compliance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and trust across all reporting and operational workflows.\n2 Oversee Data Operations & Infrastructure\nLead teams responsible for data management, platform operations and automation, ensuring scalable, secure and efficient data environments that support client and business needs.\n3 Provide Strategic Data & Technology Consultancy\nAct as a senior advisor to clients on data transformation, cloud architecture, martech ecosystems, reporting infrastructure and data operating model design.\n5 AI-Enabled Reporting & Decision Intelligence\nChampion the development of AI-driven reporting, automation, agentic workflows and data visualisation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and accelerate business decision-making.\nWhat You Will Bring\nExperience in data platforms, data engineering, reporting infrastructure, cloud architecture, or related technology leadership roles.\nProven experience implementing and operating enterprise-scale data platforms, reporting ecosystems, or cloud-based data infrastructure solutions.\nStrong understanding of data operations, ETL/ELT workflows, data governance, taxonomy management, and reporting automation.\nSignificant experience leading data management, governance, reporting or technology functions within a complex marketing, media, consulting or enterprise environment.\nDeep expertise in data quality, taxonomy governance, operational data management and the delivery of scalable reporting and visualisation solutions.\nStrong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud platforms and the technologies that underpin data transformation and automation programmes.\nStrong understanding of media investment, marketing technology, reporting platforms, and measurement ecosystems.\nExperience supporting multinational organisations and coordinating delivery across multiple EMEA markets.\nKnowledge of emerging AI technologies and their application within data management, reporting, automation, or operational workflows.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive, business, and technical stakeholders.\nThrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on problem solving.\n\nTo the extent permissible by
