This position is part of a growing financial analysis team responsible for the accounting and financial duties required to support the needs of Critical Mass’ defined account teams and ever growing client base.\nYou will:\nLead a “top 5” CM client group as a trusted Finance Business Partner\nReview and communicate financial results with senior account and clientleads\nManage the revenue and expenses for clients and their projects\nPartner with various departments within the company to manage client requirements and needs from a financial perspective\nManage and generate monthly client invoices\nManage time tracking and billings system for company\nForecast, track and manage client budgets\nWork closely with the project management group in reporting and analyzing project budgets\nAnalyze project billing efficiencies, realizations and utilizations and assist in the identification of growth opportunities\nReview and manage accounts receivables for specific clients\nLead and mentor finance team membersboth indirectly and as Career Developer\nCoordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparing audit documentation and responding to auditor queries\nYou have:\nDegree with an accounting or finance major\nContinuedprofessional development relevant to the role, demonstrating growth\n5+years previous experience in finance or accounting\nExceptional computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel,Outlook,and Power Point\nDemonstrated mastery of Dynamics AX, Tenrox, Halo and CM Excel Reports\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to multi-task in a very fast-paced, flexible environment\nStrong sense of urgency coupled with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude\nTrack record of improving processesand challenging the status quo\nStrong technical and business aptitude\nStrong understand of Critical Mass including our business, our clients and our processes\nExceptional attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture\nStrong analytical skills and sound accounting knowledge\nGood energy and arewilling to have fun\nLeading by example with a positive, constructive, and inclusive attitude\n\n$80,000-$100,000 CAD\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
