The Project Management team sets the bar for problem solving and decisiveness across the agency team and functional groups to effectively lead the team to the best outcome for ourclients.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nProject Integration Management\nKeen understanding of integrating multi-agency and -disciplineteamacross a project.\n\nResponsible for project communications and process adherence across multi-agency and -discipline teams.\n\nProject Scope Management\nResponsible for understanding project scope and preventing scope creep.\n\nIdentifyshifts in timing, deliverables, budgets, and resources while communicating potential impacts.\n\nProvides support to Project Management Director and PMO onscopedevelopment, proposal structure, and staffing recommendations.\n\nProject Schedule Management\nDevelop and manage project timelines based onhourneeded to complete the deliverablesrequired.\n\nAble to breakprojectdown into small pieces (stages) and understand the deliverables at each stage.\n\nProject Cost Management\nDetermineand manage project burn reporting with finance team including tracking, mitigating, and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.\n\nPartner with finance, account, creative, and production teams to ensure weekly and monthly tracking of budget and hours isaccurateand within scope.\n\nEnsure client billing isaccurateby tracking, reporting, evaluating, and controlling projects.\n\nStrong understanding of agency finance processes encouraged.\n\nProject Quality Management\nWorking with Account Managementlead, ensure process, documentation, reporting, and other enhancements are enacted as needed to ensure client satisfaction andoptimalproduct delivery.\n\nCapture lessons learned throughout a project andapplyto future projects, as well as develop and implement plans for best practice enhancements and improvements.\n\nDevelop metrics and operationalprocessto ensure quality control.\n\nProject Resource Management\n\nEngage and manage appropriate talentand resource allocation at all project stages.\n\nDemonstrate strategic thinking for resourcing all projects.\n\nProject Risk Management\nManage and communicate with risk management tools daily. Manage moderate tohigh risk/complexity projects.\n\nAbility to perform qualitative and quantitative risk management with skill and confidence. Ability to accurately articulate risk management/mitigation plans and escalatehigh riskissues with management.\n\nDefine, manage, and mitigate risks, including taking aproactive,approach tosolveissues before they arise or manage as they come up.\n\nProject Communication Management\nEnsure involvement of theappropriate teamsduring each project phase.\n\nDrive open and honest communications across all teams to ensure no roadblocks inprojects.\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nHigh self-confidence and not afraid to be a project management leader in the room.\n\nAbility tomaintainfocus under pressure, be thorough, and keep a positive attitude.
