And your leadership gives your team and your clients the confidence to reach outside the familiar.\nThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for the launch planning and oversight of the project lifecycle across agency accounts in digital and print. They have extensive experience in managing digital tactics and delivering development assets. As a senior resource of the Project Management team they embody leadership and professionalism in how they respond to changing conditions and the pressures of delivery. They are a role model for the department and representative of our values. The Senior Project Manager also works to develop or mentor Project Coordinators and Project Managers.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCommunicate objectives and priorities clearly, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and error-free\nAdvocate agency, client, and regulatory submission processes\nFacilitate a collaborative, steady environment to enable and encourage the best work\nProvide PM leadership across a brand or brands offering a holistic view of the account, including SOW development, project planning, and staff management\nCreate timelines for manager and agency review, aligning to project briefs and securing team agreement\nAssist in revising estimates and timelines based on project direction\nPlan and lead brand launches and project kickoffs\nPartner with agency development partners to ensure success in digital tactics\nConvene the project team at critical points to resolve issues\nWork closely with brand and agency leaders to determine resource allocation\nEscalate issues to senior manager when appropriate\nOversee organization of all project-related documents\nMonitor and understand hours logged against projects\nManage individual project estimates, flagging changes in direction or scope as early as possible\nPrepare for and attend weekly finance meetings\nKeep project team informed with the information they need to successfully execute their roles on the project\nAttend weekly client status meetings, as required\nMentor Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators, partnering with Project Coordinator supervisor to encourage engagement and completion of the Career Launcher Program\nOther Responsibilities\nImplement agency’s job flow process, including eRouting process\nPartner with creative and account leadership to produce major brand initiatives-ensure proper planning and resourcing are in line (eg, new creative campaign, App development)\nContribute new ideas within the Project Management department, share best practices based on learning, both past and present\nChallenge yourself by identifying new areas of interest for personal career development\nMotivate the project management team by displaying a high level of respect, positivity, accountability, and clear, proactive communication\nIn person client travel required\nAdditional Requirements\nLearn and use agency tools and process\nUnifile (Sharepoint document server)\nSmartSheet (timeline creation and eRouting)\nEngageZone (client process documentation library)\nJob Flow Process (agency workflow)\nBox (cloud-based file transfer/storage)\nDynamics (agency financial software)\nCondeco (conference room scheduler) \nMaintain accurate time sheets on a daily basis\nAbility to respond to changing conditions\nFoster a positive, team atmosphere through personal accountability and helpful actions\nAdditional responsibilities that arise and deemed appropriate by the agency\nAssist with department tasks as needed, including creating job numbers, status reports, meeting invites, and data entry \nTrack, organize and action all project-related email communications\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree required or comparable work experience\n7 - 10 years project management experience within the advertising industry across multichanel media projects - Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical experience strongly desired\nMust be highly organized and an effective, professional communicator\nProfessional experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Adobe Acrobat required - experience using Smartsheet or other PMO platforms strongly desire\n\n$75,500 - $115,000\nOmnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
