If you’re a curious, critical thinker able to think outside the box, who likes quantitative challenge, enjoys teaching others, and are passionate about market research best practices, we want to speak with you!\nWho we’re looking for:\nYou are a top-tier pharmaceutical quantitative market researcher who is passionate about continuously improving the speed and quality of insight\nYou enjoy collaborating and leading colleagues in sales, marketing sciences, and AI roles to solve complex quantitative puzzles\nYou’re passionate about providing clients with insight that supports solid strategic insights and recommendations\nYou have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience designing and executing all aspects of pharmaceutical/biotech custom quantitative research\nYou have the experience and skills to work on and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance\nYou’re excited about AI and enjoy innovation and exploring/testing new platforms/ and ways of doing things\nYou’re a team player who is flexible and willing to pitch in\nWhat you need to do the job:\nSolid grasp and ability to train others on applied best practices in at least two of the following advanced quantitative methodologies: Tracking, conjoint, fixed TPP demand, segmentation, chart pull studies, meta-analysis, norms databases\nProficient in leading projects and training junior staff on the design and execution of advanced quantitative research methodologies, with limited overview by senior staff\nExperience and/or interest in identifying and testing new platforms or AI-based solutions to help elevate our quantitative research processes, methods, and deliverables to clients\nUnderstanding of the market research needs of pharmaceutical and biotech products in various stages of the product life cycle (Phase 2 through Phase 4 clinical trials, pre-launch promotional development, in-line/mature products) and how that impacts best practices\nStrong analytic and communication skills, including writing and presentation ability\nThe ability to apply ‘outside the box’ thinking to problem solving and process improvement.
