Must be able to employ Disruption and other facilitation session tools\nBe a methodological and analytical leader in driving client and agency research through new ways of gaining insight into our brands\nContribute to and lead various aspects of Disruption Live by finding trending topics and monitoring macro-trends in culture\nWork with account and creative managers to create brand positioning, Disruption roadmaps, and creative briefs\nFacilitate efforts at generating insights from a variety of data sources to ensure development of Disruptive creative and brand ideas\nContribute to new business pitches by managing customer insight generation, which is tied to pitch product clinical data\nInterview target prospects to generate pitch content and story flow from findings\nAttend live pitch presentations and act as authority within the opportunity\nIn person client travel is required \nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ prior work experience, preferably in an agency environment (pharmaceutical experience highly desired; oncology experience a plus)\nGeneral computer proficiency, including fluency in PowerPoint; Experience using generative AI tools in strategy workstreams, a plus.\nPrior internal team and brand strategy experience, including creative brief development, and delivery, and ongoing support of creative ideation.\nA foundational skill set defined by\nResearch/data focus\nIndependence\nPatience, confidence, and leadership\nCreativity and strategic agility\nOratory talent, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to command a room\nSound judgment and discretion for conflict resolution.\n\nThe range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
