Maintain the media plan and regularly evaluate campaign performance.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships and respectful partner relationships by demonstrating your ability to be responsible, reliable, and resourceful.\nInitiate and coordinate the media buying process that deliver exceptional results. \nOversee the administration and maintenance of media buys.\nOversee and ensure the effective training of junior employees on tools and processes.\nManage client budgets and ensure they are on track.\nResponsible for accurate and timely client finance reports and budget control reports (BCRs).\nSupport the creation of campaign post reports.\nPrepare media Point of View (POVs)/evaluations.\nSource and evaluate proposals from media partners as required.\nContribute to strategic media planning discussions, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.\nContinue to proactively develop knowledge of the media landscape.\nDesired Skills & Experience\nProfessional or educational background in Marketing and/or Advertising would give leverage to this application\nExperience in leading integrated media planning projects and teams.\nExperience within an integrated advertising agency. Knowledge of media research tools (e.g. Clear Decisions, Vividata, Neilson), and media tools (e.g. Prisma) will give leverage to this application\nClient service oriented.\nCuriosity, with a passion for continuous development.\nExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal). \nHighly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail accuracy.
