You lead with both vision and follow-through.\nWhat You’ll Own\nStrategic Leadership & Client Partnership\nServe as the strategic media lead and primary decision-maker for assigned brands\nTranslate brand and business objectives into full funnel, omnichannel media strategies\nLead development of the annual strategic and tactical media plans grounded in audience insights, data and performance analytics\nPresent recommendations, results and forward-looking strategies confidently to clients and senior stakeholders\nDevelop strong, consultative client relationships, act as a trusted advisor with strong, informed point of view\nContribute to new business initiatives and participate in agency growth opportunities\nOmnichannel Planning & Execution\nOversee all aspects of plan development across biddable media (SEM, social, programmatic), endemic, point-of-care, custom programs, conferences/events, video and emerging channels\nEnsure alignment between channel strategy, creative messaging and customer journey\nSupervise plan execution including RFP development, partner negotiations, buying oversight, trafficking coordination and launch\nEnsure budget stewardship, accurate financial tracking and reconciliation\nMaintain quality control across all deliverables and ensure compliance with internal, client and regulatory guidelines (including pharma-specific requirements)\nTeam Leadership & Development\nSupervise and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and skill development\nProvide clear direction, constructive feedback and performance guidance\nPromote collaboration across planning, analytics, activation, strategy and creative teams\nLead by example, modeling accountability, integrity, inclusivity and solutions-oriented mindset\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree (Advertising/Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)\n5 - 7+ years of media planning experience (Pharma vertical is a plus!)\nStrong knowledge of the healthcare media ecosystem\nExcellent presentation and communication skills\nStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights\nCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suit; familiarity with media research, planning and reporting tools preferred\n\nNew York: $50,000.00-$95,000.00To the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.\nOmnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
