This role maintains direct people management of a small team but is primarily responsible for execution, quality assurance, and operational support.\nKey responsibilities\nStrategy delivery, operational delivery & executionDevelop strategies and annual plans into actionable, channel-agnostic planning and activation roadmaps with the team.\nDevelop tactical media mixes; ensure alignment with direct report.\nManage daily workflows, tasking, and priorities to ensure campaign planning and activation are delivered on time and to quality standards.\nTranslate account plans and direction into actionable schedules and task lists for the team.\nStep into hands-on campaign execution (planning, trafficking, QA, optimization) to resolve issues or deliver priority activations.\n\nDay-to-day account management (detailed)Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients on assigned accounts\nManage meeting cadence: prepare agendas, run weekly operational check-ins, capture decisions and action items, and distribute timely minutes.\nOwn status reporting\nIntake and manage briefs/change requests: validate requirements, coordinate resourcing, set timelines and ensure accurate routing for approvals.\nMaintain a risk & issues log for each account; drive remediation plans and escalate unresolved/high-impact issues to direct report\nOversee creative/asset handoffs and trafficking timelines; confirm creatives are delivered to spec and on schedule.\nCoordinate approvals and sign-offs with clients and internal teams to protect timelines and deliverable scope.\nTrack and manage delivery SLAs, turnarounds and escalation paths; proactively recommend contingency options when timelines slip.\nSupport client onboarding and new campaign launches\nEnsure all account documentation is current and accessible.\nAssist with client invoicing checkpoints, budget reconciliations and billing queries; flag financial variances.\n\nQuality assurance & process executionMaintain and apply QA checklists, briefing standards and delivery governance to reduce errors and rework.\nIdentify operational friction and propose practical fixes; implement approved process updates to improve consistency and throughput.\n\nStakeholder coordination & client supportServe as the primary day-to-day operational contact for internal partners to keep execution moving.\nPrepare routine status updates, operational dashboards and campaign health reports\nSupport client calls and presentations with operational briefings and material; escalate strategic or high-risk issues.\n\nScope & typical scale\nAccounts: 1-3 small-to-mid accounts or an operational role on larger accounts.\nBudget oversight: varying campaign budgets (operational monitoring and pacing).\nKey competencies & skills\nStrong operational media expertise across digital, social, programmatic and traditional channels.\nSolid project management: prioritization, timelines, task tracking and resource coordination.\nEffective communicator with experience coordinating across internal teams and vendors.\nStrong presentation skills\nCritical thinking\nDemonstrated ability to manage and develop junior talent in day-to-day settings.\nDetail-oriented and pragmatic problem solver with a bias for getting things done.\nExperience & qualifications\n4-6 years in media, integrated agencies or related delivery roles with hands-on campaign execution and some people management.\nDegree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.\nSuccess metrics (examples)\nOn-time, on-budget delivery and QA pass rates.\nCampaign KPI delivery (CPA/ROAS, reach/frequency, brand metrics as applicable).\nTeam operational health: utilization, turnaround times and retention of direct reports.\nTimeliness and clarity of status reporting and escalation to the Account Director.\nAccuracy of budget pacing and reduction of delivery errors or vendor disputes.\n\n$65,000 - $75,000\nTo the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.\nOmnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
