This role requires a dynamic leader who is hands-on with campaign execution, passionate about data, and skilled in translating business goals into impactful media outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategy & Campaign Leadership\nDefine and lead performance marketing strategies across key channels: SEM, social media, display, content discovery, mobile, and more.\n\nCollaborate closely with media planners to ensure alignment of performance strategies with overall campaign objectives.\n\nTailor solutions based on client needs-both stated and unstated-and support seamless integration with agency teams.\n\nSet and manage acquisition and growth KPIs across performance channels.\n\nContinuously evaluate and adjust campaign strategies based on real-time performance data and KPIs.\n\nChampion the use of multi-touch attribution models to understand the full customer journey and optimize conversion pathways.\n\nDevelop brand plans and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), tracking key campaign metrics and performance.\n\nDrive test-and-learn initiatives including A/B and multivariate testing to inform optimization and innovation.\n\nMarket & Product Insights\nUnderstand client businesses and internal product offerings in-depth.\n\nMonitor competitor activity to identify gaps and new opportunities.\n\nLeverage audience insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and engagement across platforms.\n\nIdentify and explore emerging formats, platforms, and technologies to push campaign innovation.\n\nAnalytics & Reporting\nPromote a data-driven culture by embedding analytical thinking across the team.\n\nTranslate data into actionable insights that enhance marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.\n\nClient Servicing\nAct as a day-to-day performance marketing lead for clients, working closely with internal media planning and performance teams.\n\nGuide the team to proactively identify client challenges and offer innovative, performance-driven solutions.\n\nLeadership & Team Development\nOversee the performance marketing team, ensuring clarity of direction, timely delivery, and workload management.\n\nKeep the team informed and upskilled in the evolving digital ecosystem-tools, platforms, formats, and best practices.\n\nSupport the Head of Performance in identifying and capturing organic growth opportunities.\n\nInspire, coach, and motivate team members to bring fresh thinking and elevate client outcomes.\n\nTools & Platforms\nProficiency in the following platforms is essential:\nGoogle Ads & Google Analytics\n\nFacebook Ads Manager & Facebook Business Manager\n\nGoogle Tag Manager\n\nShopee & Lazada Ads Platforms\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience leading a performance marketing team.\n\nStrong command of English-both written and verbal.\n\nExcellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nDeep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and performance optimization.\n\nAt IPG Mediabrands, we don’t just drive performance-we build meaningful connections between brands and people.
