You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.\nKey responsibilities :\nPrepare and review month-end reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis\nSupport month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial data\nLead revenue and margin forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis\nReview and analyze FRP variances, providing insights and recommendations\nSupport revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals\nManage and supervise working capital performance and cash flow optimization\nCoordinate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting matters, including AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations\nLiaise with auditors and prepare supporting documentation for annual statutory and management accounts\nDevelop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools\nSupport financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives\nRespond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from internal stakeholders and network teams\nSkills & experience :\n 3+ years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A, or controlling)\nBig Four and Corporate Accounting experience preferred\nStrong analytical skills and commercial mindset\nAdvanced Excel skills\nComfortable working with data and financial modelling\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nExperience in project-based environments is a plus\nFluent in Spanish and English\nOmnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
