The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing a variety of technical and administrative documents, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and tailored to the intended audience. This role requires close collaboration with supervisors, program/project managers, and customers to refine requirements and deliver high-quality documentation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, write, and edit technical materials including reports, manuals, briefs, technical specifications, instruction books, catalogs, and related publications.\n\nProduce documentation covering work methods, procedures, installation, operation, and/or maintenance of equipment and systems.\n\nDraft a variety of technical articles, brochures, and manuals for multiple uses.\n\nCoordinate document design and graphics production with the customer.\n\nProof, standardize, and edit documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with style guidelines.\n\nCreate and format executive-level presentations.\n\nDevelop and update content for brochures, briefings, technical papers, and organizational websites.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, with at least 4 years of technical writing experience for the Federal Government.\n\nEducation may be waived with 8 or more years of relevant technical writing experience.\n\nMinimum 4 years of demonstrated proficiency in writing and editing with Microsoft Office tools.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and set expectations effectively.\n\nExceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and professional communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver results under tight deadlines.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.\n\nActive Top Secret clearance required\n\nARE WE THE ONE?\nOMNI Consulting Solutions is a boutique consulting firm specializing in creating game-changing value and simple solutions for complex demands.
